Nocturnal gem

The landform of Gap Park has been shaped by the forces of time, nature and geology, so I wanted to create a sculptural work that reflected the shape of a gem, which Gap Park is to everyone who uses it. I called my work Nocturnal Gem”. Nocturnal Gem is a beautiful and evocative phrase, suggesting something precious and radiant that comes to life in the darkness of the night. This is a unique and poetic way to express the concept of glowing or shining during nighttime and the gem that Gap Park is. Nocturnal Gem” is a memorable name that stands out and leaves a lasting impression on viewers, making it more likely to be remembered and discussed. The juxtaposition of “nocturnal” with “gem” creates an interesting contrast between darkness and light, adding layers of symbolism to the artwork’s theme and message.
